From 2018 – 2021, Blue Pangolin Consulting, have been supporting the ICRI co-chair and ICRI members in implementing the 2018-2021 Plan of Action. It was built on 4 axes that focused on:
- Promoting effective and adaptable solutions to improve the protection of #coralreefs. Including coral reef restoration, coral reef ecosystems and the CBD Post-2020 GBF, national coral reef policies and coral reef financing.
- Understanding the trends of coral reefs that culminated in the launch of the Sixth GCRMN Status of Coral Reefs of the World: 2020 report.
- The Live Reef Fish Food Treed
- Help to reduce anthropogenic threats to coral reefs
All of the achievements and successes under the Australia-Indonesia-Monaco co-chair can be found in the released “ICRI Report of Activities: 2018-2021” of which both Tom and Francis are lead authors.
